- These terms are available free of charge on the Shop website in a form that allows them to be downloaded, stored and printed.
§ 3. Electronic services and Account
- The Seller provides the following electronic services free of charge: browsing the offer, the shopping cart, placing orders, the Account, the wishlist, the contact and support form, and sending marketing information to people who have agreed to receive it.
- Orders can be placed without an Account (guest checkout). Guest Customers receive a confirmation and a link to view their order at the e-mail address provided.

- Complaints about electronic services can be submitted as described under "Complaints".
§ 4. Prices and promotions
- Prices are shown in the currency of the Shop version (PLN, EUR, GBP or USD) and are gross prices including VAT.
- Prices do not include delivery costs or any cash on delivery fee. The total price including these costs is shown in the order summary before the order is placed.
- For every price reduction the Shop also shows the lowest price of the Product in the 30 days before the reduction.
- Promotions and discount codes are valid for the period and on the terms stated in their description. Discount codes cannot be exchanged for cash and, unless the promotion states otherwise, cannot be combined with other promotions. Promotions do not limit Consumers' statutory rights.
- Prices in the Shop may change. Changes do not affect orders placed before the change.
§ 5. Placing orders and concluding the Contract
- To place an order, the Customer adds Products to the cart, provides shipping and contact details, selects the delivery and payment method, and confirms the order with a button labelled "Order with obligation to pay" or an equivalent wording.
- Before placing the order, the Customer sees a summary with the total price, delivery costs and any additional fees.
- The Contract is concluded when the Customer receives an e-mail confirming acceptance of the order. That e-mail contains the essential terms of the Contract.
- The Seller may refuse to fulfil an order if an online payment is not credited or the details provided make delivery impossible; any money received will then be refunded without delay.
§ 6. Payments
- The available payment methods are shown in the order summary and may vary by currency and country. They include in particular:
- payment methods handled by Stripe:
- payment cards (including Visa and Mastercard),
- other methods offered by Stripe for the given currency and country (e.g. BLIK, Przelewy24, Apple Pay, Google Pay) – the current list is shown at payment,
- cash on delivery – available for selected delivery methods within Poland; it comes with an additional fee shown when choosing the delivery method.
- Online payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. The Seller does not store payment card data.
- Online payments must be completed immediately after placing the order. Unpaid orders may be cancelled.
- Invoices or receipts are issued electronically and sent to the Customer's e-mail address, unless the Customer requests another form.
§ 7. Delivery
- The Seller ships to the countries available when choosing the delivery address in the Shop.
- The available delivery methods depend on the country and the Products in the cart. They may include InPost parcel lockers and courier, and DPD, DHL, GLS and FedEx couriers.
- Delivery costs are shown when choosing the delivery method and in the order summary.
- The expected dispatch and delivery time is shown on the Product page and when choosing the delivery method. It is counted from the day the payment is credited or, for cash on delivery, from the day the Contract is concluded.
- Once the parcel is dispatched, the Customer receives an e-mail with the tracking number and link.
- We recommend checking the parcel on receipt and, if it is damaged, writing up a damage report with the carrier. This is not a condition for a Consumer to exercise their rights.
§ 8. Right of withdrawal and returns
- A Consumer may withdraw from the Contract without giving any reason within 14 days of the day on which they, or a third party other than the carrier indicated by them, take possession of the Product (statutory right of withdrawal).
- The Seller voluntarily extends this period to 15 days from delivery of the Product. The extension applies to all Customers and does not limit Consumers' statutory rights.
- To withdraw, it is enough to send a clear statement before the period expires – most easily by requesting a return in the Account (order page or "Help"), or through the contact form at /contact, by e-mail to [email protected] or by post to the Seller's address. The model withdrawal form below may be used but is not obligatory.
- The Consumer sends the Product back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after withdrawing, to the address given by the Seller in reply to the request. The Consumer bears the direct cost of returning the Product unless the Seller has agreed to bear it.
- The Seller refunds all payments received, including the cost of the cheapest standard delivery offered in the Shop, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving the withdrawal statement. The Seller may withhold the refund until it has received the Product back or proof that it has been sent, whichever is earlier.
- Refunds are made using the same payment method the Customer used. For cash on delivery, the refund is made by bank transfer to the account indicated by the Customer. The Consumer bears no fees for the refund.
- The Consumer is liable for any diminished value of the Product resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning.
- The right of withdrawal does not apply, among others, to Products:
- made to the Consumer's specifications or clearly personalised,
- supplied sealed which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if unsealed after delivery,
- which, after delivery, are by their nature inseparably mixed with other items.
§ 9. Complaints – lack of conformity with the Contract
- The Seller is liable to the Consumer for any lack of conformity of the Product with the Contract that exists at the time of delivery and becomes apparent within 2 years, under Chapter 5a of the Consumer Rights Act.
- In the event of non-conformity, the Consumer may request repair or replacement of the Product and, in the cases provided for by law, a price reduction or withdrawal from the Contract.
- Complaints can be submitted through the Account, the contact form at /contact, by e-mail to [email protected] or by post to the Seller's address. Please include the order number, a description of the problem, your request and photos – this helps us handle the complaint.
- The Seller responds to a complaint within 14 days of receiving it. If the Seller does not respond within this time, the complaint is deemed accepted.
- The costs of repair, replacement and return shipping of the Product under a justified complaint are borne by the Seller.
- For Customers who are neither Consumers nor sole traders with consumer rights, the Seller's statutory warranty liability is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
§ 10. Product reviews
- Customers can add Product reviews and ratings through a link sent after their order is fulfilled.
- The Seller moderates reviews before publication but does not verify whether a review comes from a person who actually bought or used the Product. Reviews are not sponsored.
- The Seller may refuse to publish or remove a review containing unlawful, offensive or promotional content, or content unrelated to the Product.
§ 11. Out-of-court dispute resolution
- Consumers may use out-of-court complaint and redress procedures, for example by applying to a permanent consumer arbitration court at the Voivodeship Inspectorate of Trade Inspection, requesting mediation, or asking a municipal (district) consumer ombudsman for help. More information is available at www.uokik.gov.pl.
- Consumers may also use the EU ODR platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr, as long as the platform remains available.
§ 12. Final provisions
- Contracts are concluded in Polish or English, depending on the Shop version.
- Contracts are governed by Polish law. This choice of law does not deprive Consumers of the protection afforded to them by mandatory provisions of the law of their country of habitual residence.
- Disputes with Customers who are not Consumers are settled by the court having jurisdiction over the Seller's registered office.
- The Seller may amend these terms for important reasons (changes in the law, in payment or delivery methods, or in the scope of services). Orders placed before an amendment are governed by the terms in force when they were placed. Customers with an Account will be informed of amendments by e-mail at least 14 days in advance.
- The English version of these terms is a translation. In the event of discrepancies, the Polish version prevails, subject to the mandatory provisions of the law of the Consumer's country of habitual residence.
